Terms and Conditions:
1). Participants has to be from a city located 1000 kms. or more from Kharagpur.
2).Contingent of college participating in Spring Fest Championship or participant has to be in any one of, Centrifuge, Rangmanch, Nukkad, Wildfire, Sargam, Jugalbandi, India Calling, Mocking Bird, Mighty Pen, 70 mm, Archriti, Inquizzitive, Two for a Tango, NLD to be facilitated.
3). A maximum of 50 students per college will be reimbursed.
4). Participant has to be registered at www.springfest.in.
 5). Any reimbursement shall be made on the hard copy of tickets produced at the registration desk. 
6). Reimbursement given shall be equivalent to a round trip journey only on sleeper class concessional tickets.
7). For any queries regarding reimbursement mail to reimbursement@springfest.in.
8). Participant has to abide to all the aforementioned clauses.
